Benefit Highlights

Health Insurance

  • PPO health plan for associate and immediate family members
  • Dental insurance, including orthodontic coverage for qualified dependents
  • Vision insurance covering exams, frames, lenses and contacts

Life Insurance

  • Company-paid base policy of two times salary (minimum $50,000) for associate, $4,000 for spouse, and $1,000 for each dependent
  • Associate's base policy amount is doubled in the event of accidental death
  • Additional voluntary coverage available for associate and immediate family members (guaranteed issue for the first $100,000)

Disability Insurance

  • Short-term coverage for up to eleven weeks at 60 percent of salary
  • Long-term coverage at 60 percent of salary after short-term coverage is exhausted

401k Plan

  • Associate may contribute up to 60 percent of salary
  • AMU matches 50 percent of associate contributions up to the first 5 percent

Vacation and Holiday Time Off

  • Paid vacation available after 60 days of employment. Number of days increases with years of employment up to five weeks
  • Eight company-paid holidays each year
  • Three personal holidays for each associate per year

Emergency Time Off

  • Six sick days each year may be used for illness of associate or immediate family member
