Calif. Paper Reinstating 'Doonesbury' After Readers Complain

The Monterey County (Calif.) Herald will reinstate "Doonesbury" this Monday after nearly 300 readers complained about the strip being dropped following a November comics poll.

"Doonesbury," by Garry Trudeau of Universal Press Syndicate, appears in more the 1,400 newspapers.
